When we should wake up at morning?
Many people start there morning with the newspaper which is a very bad habit for a person. In the morning our mind is free, so we can start our day with energy. Between 4:00am to 5:00am is the best time to wake up from sleep. If you want to wake up early in the morning you have to sleep early also so that you can take complete rest and wake up early. For a healthy body, 7 hours of sleep means rest is enough.
Morning is the best time to learn
anything easily or do any work with your full attention. After taking 7-8 hours
of sleep our body gets fresh and full filled with energy. After getting early only
is not beneficial but, after getting early morning and learn new things or
practice any things which you want to be perfect in any field.
In the present time, people more believe
in scientifically proved things then theory. In many research, it is proved that
in the morning we are energetic and capable to do any work which is difficult for
us, because in morning time our mind is not distracted on any other work and is
fully concentrated on the work which you do or wish to do.
Following are some work which you should do in the morning:
1. Staying five to ten minutes
(prayer, meditation or breathing exercise).
2. Make list (Important work or work
for your goal).
3. Reading the book for more knowledge.
1. Staying five to ten minutes(prayer, meditation or breathing exercise).
Firstly, after getting up from bed
don’t start working but stay five to ten minutes on prayer or meditate or think those things which really motivate you, it can be your goal which you have
decided to achieve or implement in your
habit. You can do breathing exercises also while doing breathing exercise your
attention should be on breathing (Exhale and Inhale). Staying five to ten
minutes will increase your concentration power. Its benefits you may not get immediately
but after some days it will be your habit and it will increase your working
capacity.
2. Make list (Important work or work for your goal).
Secondly, you have to do after
getting from bed is making a list which you wish to do on that day. The
benefit of making list is that you will know what to do on that day, and you
will not be distracted on waste energy and time on non-valuable works. These
small-small things of making list will become a good habit after someday. Once
you are knowing that what you have to do that particular day, you will decide your
result and your result is maybe your goal which you have fixed or decided
some days, months or even years before.
3. Reading the book for more knowledge.
Thirdly, Reading is one of the best
techniques to improve or develop your concentration. Concentration will
increase but your reading here for your knowledge, for learning new things
daily. If you make habit of the reading book in the morning for only ten to fifteen
minutes daily then after one week you might have spent time for one hour and
ten minutes to one hour and forty-five minutes. These will help you to come
across many new things. You may hear that “Reader becomes Leader”.
These are some tips and tricks
that I have practiced in my life and also a very effective way for you to build
your habit. In my experience, this is the best technique for you to develop
your self and become a more effective person than others.
